Our company introduced advancad tachnology with importing high quality raw materai and developed our own brand Dawin brand Laminated wood adhesive . The Dawin brand adhesive has excellent bond strength with water-resistance. heat-resistance and ageing-resistance. It is safe, convenienl, environmental and do not contain harmful material such as formaldehyde and Phenol. Product weathering-resistance level reach or exceed Japan JIS standard or Europe EN204/D4.

The adhesive is applicable to all kinds of solid laminated wood and wood processing.

Instructions
Wood Pre-processing
ⅰ.Wood moisture content should be 8-12%;
ⅱ.Wood width error should be within 0.1mm;
ⅲ.Wood surface should be flat and smooth. Repaire obvious convex hulls, concave hoes or 　　 cracks and choose good quality wood before processing.
ⅳ.Fine processing shall be applied for finger joints.

Bonding agent preparing
ⅰ. Weight proportion of main agent and curing agent shall be 100:15 (main agent: curing agent = 100:15);
ⅱ. Appropriate quantity of mixing: mixed bonding agent shall be used up within 60 minutes. The bonding agent mixture will increase viscosity, start foaming and be difficult to apply after 60 minutes. Therefore the usable time is about 60 minutes (variable depending on indoor temperature).

Application
ⅰ. Use rolling glue applicator, manual roller or brush to apply bonding agent
ⅱ. Standard bonding agent usage 150g/m2 (single side)

Operating conditions:
operated in an environment above 10 ℃ for obtaining better bonding performance.

Maintaining:
before entering the fine processing procedure (e.g. forming, painting), it  should be placed for more than 24 hours for full curing of the bonding agent.
