Applicable scope
Applicable to all types of floor joining, temps compound (cold or hot pressing), thin woodchips gluing, hard plastic gluing, plank, finger-joint, real wood door and hollow wood door adhesive and various sandwich material adhesive.
Methods of use
★Pretreatment of wood：
Wood moisture should be adjusted by drying equipment for 8-12%.
Repair wood concave, convex and crack on the surface, make sure wood surface is smooth and clean. Control timber thickness in ± 0.1mm, process the timber along the wood direction and precise process the finger- jointing parts.
★Gelatinize process:
standard gelatinize quantity: glue quantity is 120-160g/m2 above 10 ℃ with machine, roller. After glue the plank, stacking time is no more than 10min. If hotter, the stacking time is short.
Storage and transportation
1, the products of Non-toxic, inflammable, Non-explosive can be storage and transport as general cargo.
2, the products storage temperature is about 20 ℃. Care to prevent frosting and sun shinning. Do not use bad colloid if it frosted.
3. Storage life: Half a year. If it expired, it can use as normal after test safe.
Note
Do not use mixing with other adhesives.
Containers must be cover tightly in order to prevent adhesives surface drying and contamination.
