Dawin Brand Chloroprene Adhesive DY504 is organic polymer and its modified form emulsion glue for wood materials. It has following characteristics. Fast curing speed, good initial bonding strength, strong final adhesive strength, good water-resistance, low use temperature, environmental protection and saving cost.

Applicable scope
Applicable to wooden veneering, finger-joint, tenon-joint, furniture assembly, 45°angle instrument and varlous sand wich material adhesive.

Methods of use
Pretreatment of wood: Wood moisture should be adjustad by drying equipment for 6-10%, Repair woodconcave, convex and crack on the surface. maka sure wood surface is smooth and clean. Control timberthickness in ±0.1mm, process the timber along the wood direction and precise process the finger-jointing parts.
Gelatinize process：glue quantity is 150-200g/m² above 10℃ with machine or roller. After gule the palnk, stacking time is no more than 10minutes. If hotter, the stacking time is shorter. The pressure time of assembly and woodchips gluing under cold pressure are 1-2hours and 15-30miuntes respectively; advising the next process after 24 hours of releasing pressure.

Storage and transportation
1. The products of Non-toxic, inflammable, Non-explosive can be storage and transport as general cargo.
2. The products storage temperature is about 20℃. Care to prevent frosting and sun shinning. Do not use bad colloid if it frosted.
3. Storage life：Half a year. If it expired, it can use as normal after test safe.

1. Do not use mixing with other adhesives.
2. Containers must be cover tightly in order to prevent adhesives surface drying and contamination
