Applicable scope
Mainly used in bonding PVC sheet or film with plywood, fiberboard, composite board. Widely used in fumiture, decoration and speaker box industry.
Methods of use
1. Pretreatment of base material：wood moisture should be adjusted drying equipment for 8-12%, ensure that suface is smooth, clean and no cracks.
2. Gelatinize process：gluing by machine or roller above 10℃ and it's quantity adjust by the matenials, Finish the veneering in 10minutes. Pressure should be 3-10kg/cm², pressing time within 2-4H; advising the next process after 24 hours of releasing pressufe avoiding exposure and shake.
Storage and transportation
1. The products of Non-toxic, inflammable. Non-explosive can be storage and transport as general cargo.
2. The products storage temperature is about 20℃. Care to prevent frosting and sun shinning Do not use bad colloid if it frosted.
3. Storage life：Half a year, if it expired, it can use as normal after test safe.
Note
1. Mix up the glue before using, do not use mixing with other adhesives. Ensure working withing without wood chips and fiber.
2. Containers must be cover tightly in order to prevent adhesives surface drying and contamination.
